b = 8

h = 5

d1 = 10

Let the another diagonal be d2.

Area of rhombus = bh = 1/2 x d1 x d2

bh = 8 x 5 = 40 cm²

40 = 1/2 x d1 x d2

d1 x d2 = 40 x 2 = 80

= 10 x d2 = 80

d2 = 80 ÷ 10 = 8 cm

8 cm is the answer.
