In a rhombus PQRS , PQ is equal to PR state the measures of angle QRP and angle QPS

Answer:

In the given fig.

PQRS is a rhombus

PR=PQ

To find-

QRP and QPS

IN ∆PQR,

PR =PQ (given)

PQ =QR (sides of rhombus are equal)

hence PQR is an equilateral triangle

and we all know that all angles of equilateral triangle is equals to 60 degree

therefore QRP = 60 degree

opposite sides of a rhombus are parallel so PQ is parallel to RS and PR is the transversal

angle QRP = RPS(alternate interior angles). .....1

and angle QPR is 60 degree. .......2

from equation first and second we get angle QPS equal to 120 degree.
