Let the 1st angle be x

Given, 2nd angle exceeds the 1st angle by 20°

= x + 20

In a right angked triangle, there is one angle of 90°

We know that, sum of all angles of triangle is 180°

According to the question,

90 + x + x + 20 = 180

➾ 2x + 110 = 180

➾ 2x = 180 - 110

➾ 2x = 70

➾ x = \dfrac{70}{2}

➾ x = 35

∴ The 1st angle is x°

➾ 35°

The 2nd angle is (x + 20)°

➾ 35 + 20

➾ 55°

∴ The angles are 90°, 35° and 55°
