Let the shorter side be x

then the hypotenuse = (x + 10)

nd 3rd side = (x + 4)

now,

by Pythagoras theorem

  ({x + 10}^{2})  =  ({x}^{2})  +  ({x + 4}^{2} )

 = >   ( {x}^{2} ) - 12x - 84 = 0

we will get,

x = 6 + 2 \sqrt{30} .....x = 6 - 2 \sqrt{30}

we got ,

the shorter side

(6 + 2 \sqrt{30} )cm

hypotenuse

(16 + 2 \sqrt{30} )cm

nd 3rd side

(10 + 2 \sqrt{30} )cm
