given the Length of the equal sides of the right angle isosceles triangle is 2cm.

we know that in a right angle triangle, hypotenuse is the longest side.

so it's clear that the equal sides are the base and perpendicular Respectively.

→ h² = b² + p²

→ h² = 2² + 2²

→ h² = 4 + 4

→ h = √8

→ h = 2√2cm

hence, the hypotenuse of the triangle is 2√2cm.
