<body bgcolor= black><font color = purple>

A = 90°

AC = 9 cm

BC = 15 cm

AB = ?

By Pythagoras Theorem , we get

AB ^2 + AC ^2 = BC ^2

AB ^2 + 81 = 175

AB ^2 = 225-81

AB = √144 = 12 cm
