in a right angled triangle ABC, If D is the mid point of the hyputenuse BC, prove that AB=DC=AD

first join AD .. then in triangle ADC and triangle ADB 
CD=DB (given )
<ADC =<ADB (90 each )
AD=AD(common )
so by SAS congruency triangle ADC = ADB 
Therefore AB=DC=AD (by CPCT )
