By Pythagoras theorem, we know that

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

(4x)^2 + (3x)^2 = 20^2

16x^2 + 9x^2 = 400

25x^2 = 400

x^2 = 16

x=4

The sides will be 4 * 4 = 16cm and 3 * 4 = 12cm.

The sides are 12 and 16.
