Given :- In a row of boys if Gaurav who is 10th from the left and Vansh who is 9th from the right interchange their position then Gaurav becomes 15th from left .How many boys are there in the row. ?

Solution :-

we have :-

  • Position of Gaurav = 10th from Left .
  • Position of Vansh = 9th from Right .

After interchange their Position :-

  • Gaurav = 15th from Left .

Conclusion :-

  • Seat where Vansh was setting before was = 9th from right .
  • And that seat is 15th from Left .

Therefore,

  • Total Boys in the row = (Position from Left + Position from right) - 1

→ Total Boys in the row = (9 + 15) - 1

→ Total Boys in the row = 24 - 1

→ Total Boys in the row = 23 (Ans.)

Hence, There are 23 boys in the row.
