In a row of students the position of A is 9th from the left side and position of B is 8th from the right side.C is exactly in between A and B and 15th from the right side. how many students are there in arow​

Given :-

• A is 9th from the Left .
• B is 8th from the right .
• C is Exactly in between A and B and 15th from the right side.

To Find :-

• Total No. of students in the row ?

Solution :-

As given that, Position of C from right is 15th and B from right is 8th.

So,

→ Students sitting between B and C = 15 - 8 - 1 = 6

Now, As C is sitting in middle of A and B so there must also be 6 students sitting between A and C.

Thus,

→ Position of C from Left = Position of A from Left + 6 + 1 = 9 + 7 = 16th .

Therefore,

→ Total no. of students = (Sum of positions of C from both sides - 1)

→ Total no. of students = (15 + 16) - 1 = 31 - 1 = 30 (Ans.)

Hence, There were Total 30 students in that row.
