in a row of trees , one tree is 8 th from one end and 3rd from the other end . How many trees are in the row

There were 10 trees.
As from the 1 end it is 8th
and from the other end it is 3rd
So, from 1st end we will count till that tree till 8
and that from the other end it is 3 so we will on count 2 more because the 3rd tree we have count till 8 position so there will be 10 trees..........
