In a salt and sugar with ethanol as the solvent,how can you obtain sugar crystals without losing the ethanol

We can obtain sugar crystals from the sugar solution, without losing ethanol by warming a bowl of water. putting sugar in it till it dissolves. And then leave it to cool with a string at it's mouth. when the water cools sugar crystals assume late in the string thus without losing ethanol
