In a saturated solution if i add sugar what happens

In a saturated solution the solution reaches to its saturation point in a specific temperature that is more solute cannot be added to it any more ..So , if we add more sugar to an already saturated solution it will not dissolve and will just settle down on the below surface of the vessel unles we increase the temperature.........
