Step-by-step explanation:

let the total student be 90

2/3 is not study any language means 1/3 is study language

1/3rd of 90 is 30

30 student are study language

2/5th are study french out of 30 student

2/5th of 30 = 12

so, 12 student are study french out of 90 student

those who not study french 90 - 12 = 78

ratio of who study and not study french language is

78 12

13 2 (divided by 6 of above)

13/15 and 2/15

ratio of study french language is 2/15 and not study french language is 13/15
