Step-by-step explanation:

Let the total number of students be x

Now,

Who studied language = 2/3 of x = 2x/3

Who studied French = 2/5 of 2x/3 = 4x/15

So, students who don't study French =>>

= 2x/3 - 4x/15

= (10x - 4x)/15 = 6x/15

Required Ratio = 4x/15 : 6x/15 = 4x : 6x = 2 : 3
