Answer:  Step-by-step explanation:  Number of student who study a language = 2/3  If the number of students who study French is  2/5 of students who study a language, therefore :  Number of students who study French = (2/3) ×(2/5)                                                                   =4/15  Therefore,                  the ratio of the number of students who study French to who study a language   =  (4/15)÷(2/3)                                                                   =  (15/4)×(3/2) .                                                                                                      =45/8 Therefore, the ratio = 45:8
