5x/8-3x/8= 120
2x/8= 120
2x= 120*8
2x= 960
x=960/2

5x/8= 5(480)/4= 300 (no. of girls)
Putting the value of x in 2
3x/8= 3(480)/8= 180 (no. of boys)
