a) 15 : 61

b) 46 : 15

c) 46 : 61

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

The total number of students in a school = 1220 and

The number of girls students in a school = 300

∴ The number of boys students in a school = The total number of students in a school - The number of girls students in a school

= 1220 - 300 = 920

a) The ratio of  number of girls to the total number of students

= 300 : 1220

Divided by 20, we get

= \dfrac{300}{20}: \dfrac{1220}{20}

= 15 : 61

b) The ratio of number of boys to the number of girls

= 920 : 300

Divided by 20, we get

= \dfrac{920}{20} : \dfrac{300}{20}

= 46 : 15

c)  The ratio of number of boys to the total number of students

= 920 : 1220

Divided by 20, we get

= \dfrac{920}{20}:\dfrac{1220}{20}

= 46 : 61
