In a school survey of students of class VII takes place and makes a list of them. Out of 100 students from class VII, one fifth likes dancing, one fourth likes singing and rest of them like to read books. Read the passage and answer the following?

(i) What is the percentage of the students who like dancing?

(ii) What is the percentage of the students who like singing?

(iii) What is the percentage of the students who like reading books?

(iv)What is the ratio of the number of students who like singing to the students who like reading books?

(v)What is the ratio of the number of students who like dancing to the total number of students?

(I) % like dancing: 1/5 of 100 = 20%

(ii) % like singing: 1/4 of 100 = 25%

(iii) % like book reading: 100 - (20 + 25) = 55%

(iv) ratio of singers to readers: 25/ 55 = 5: 11
