 Let \: a \: breadth \: of \: a \: rectangular

 ground = b \: m

 Length (l) = ( 2b + 2 )\: m

 Perimeter \:of \: the \: ground (P)

 = 2( length + breadth )

 = 2[ (2b+2) + b ]

 = 2( 3b+2)\: m

/* According to the problem given */

 At \: the \: rate \: of \: Rs \: 200 \: per \: meter

 it \: will \: cost \: the \: school \: Rs \: 30800

 to \:fence \:the \:plot

 Perimeter = \frac{30800}{200}

 = 154 \: m

 2(3b+2) =154

 \implies 3b + 2 = \frac{154}{2}

 \implies 3b = 77 - 2

 \implies 3b = 75

 \implies b = \frac{75}{3}

 = 25 \: m\: --(1)

 Length ( l ) = 2b + 2

 = 2\times 25 + 2

 = 50 + 2

 = 52 \:m

Therefore.,

 \red{ Length \:of \:the \: ground}\green { = 52 \:m}

 \red{ Breadth \:of \:the \: ground}\green { = 25\:m}
