Hi ,
Ratio of marks obtained in science
by Raju , Khan and John = 7 : 5 : 4
Sum of the ratio = 7 + 5 + 4 = 16 parts
If Khan obtained 12 more than John
then ,
Difference of the ratio of Khan and
John = 5 - 4 = 1 part
Therefore ,
1 part = 12 marks
Raju marks = 7 parts
= 7 × 12 = 84
Khan marks = 5 parts
= 5 × 12 = 60
John marks = 4 parts
= 4 × 12 = 48
Total marks = 16 parts
= 16 × 12
= 192
I hope this helps you.
