In a seminar, the number of participants in Hindi, English and Mathematics

are 144, 180, and 192 respectively. Find the minimum number of rooms

required, if in each room, the same number of participants are to be seated

and all of them being in same subject?​

The no. of students seated in each room would be H.C.F of all the three values above.

60 =2×2×3×5

84=2×2×3×7

108=2×2×3×3×3

Therefore hcf = 12

Now no. of rooms required are total number of students divided by no. of students in each room.

* No of rooms= 60+84+108/12

=21
