let the numbers be w,x,y,z such that z is greatest and w is smallest
so given
w+x/2=102
w+x=204
and also w+x+y/3=103
w+x+y=309
and also w+x+y+z/4=104
w+x+y+z=416
309+z=416
z=416-309
=107

Find the sum of all the 4 integers:

Average = 104

Sum = 104 x 4 = 416

Find the sum of the 3 smallest integers:

Average = 103

Sum = 103 x 3 = 309

Find the greatest number:

The greatest number = 416 - 309 = 107

Answer: The greatest number is 107
