LCM of 15,20,30=60

so that clocks will chime together after every 60 minutes.

Therefore, after 10 am they will chime together at 11 am

Answer:

Given:

Three clocks chime at intervals of 15, 20 and 30 minutes

They all chime together at 10 a.m

Concept:

By taking LCM of 15, 20, 30 we get at what time all will chime again

Calculation:

LCM (15, 20, 30) = 60

∴ After 60 minutes or 1 hour, they all chime together again

⇒ They all chime together again at 11 am
