in a simultaneous throw of a pair of dice find the probability of getting an even number on the first die


rdmahendra2: Probability = Possible no. of outcome/ Total no of events , so there are 6 possible these are (1,2,3,4,5,6) the no of even are (2,4,6) then the probability of it would be 3/6

there are 3 even numbers between 1 to 6 ..so the probability will be 3/6=1/2.

if 2 die it means 1/12
and if only on 1 die then it means
1/6
