Solution:-

Given,

average salary of three employees is Rs.1000 per week.

Formula to calculate this,

(E 1+E2+E3) /3 = $ 1000

1100+500+e3 = 1000 x 3

1600+E3 = 3000

E3 = 3000-1600

= 1400

The third employee will earn 1400

Answer:

Third employee earns Rs 1400.

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of employees in a company (n) = 3

Salary one employee = Rs 1100

Salary of second employee = Rs 500

Let third employee salary = Rs x

 Average \: salary = Rs\:1000\:(given)

\implies \frac{Sum\:of \: salaries }{Number \:of \: employees }=1000

\implies \frac{1100+500+x}{3}=1000

\implies 1600+x = 1000\times 3

\implies x = 3000-1600=1400

Therefore,

Third employee earns Rs 1400.
