in a society their is only park.but a builder wants to build a shopping complex.how to convince the builder not to build a shopping complex?

First of all builders are too strong on their decisions so we need to form a group to strongly protest.
Then we will emotionally try to explain him that the park is a place where children play, elders rest and are house to lot of birds.
Then we will try to wake up his conscience by talking to him narrowly and finally teach him the importance of open areas.
