In a solar cooker why is concave mirror not used in place of plane mirror as concave mirror converges light rays so the cooker will work more efficiently......plz xplain

Concave mirror is used in solar cooker .This is because in a concave mirror light rays after reflection converge at a point, it is at this point the maximum sunlight is concentrated and hence the heat energy produced at that point is quite high
