In a square ABCD ,ab=(2x+3)cm and bc=(3x-5) cm find the value of x

AB=BC( ALL SIDES OF A SQUARE ARE EQUAL)
2X+3=3X-5
3+5=3X-2X
X=8

if ABCD is a square then
AB=BC
2x+3= 3x-5
x=8
