In a square field ABCD with side 100m , P and Q are mid points of AB, BC. Find out the area of the  DPQ.

triangle DPQ is right angled triangle

area \: of \: triagle =  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times heght

area =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 100 \times 50

Area=50×50

Area of triangle DPQ is 2500
