In a survey, 15 high school students said they could drive and 15 said they could not. Out of 60 college students surveyed, 30 said they could drive. Micah concluded that knowing that a person is in college means they are more likely to drive. Is Micah’s conclusion correct? Explain.

I don't think that the conclusion is correct because if there are 30 out of 60 who can drive so then also there will still be 30 out of 60 who cannot. so it means that knowing a person in college means that he/she can either drive or not because the no. of the ones who can drive and who can not is the same
