You can use an estimation here, 26≈25% ≈ 1/4

The total number has to be ≈ 4 ×13 ≈ 52, which is nearest to 50, as we see here

Lets suppose N number of people were surveyed.
Since 26% of N is 13,

=> N×(26/100) = 13

=> N = (13×100)/26

=> N = 50

So total 50 people were surveyed.
