Given : In a survey, 300 students were asked to name their favorite chocolate bar. Their choices are represented as a circle graph

45 students liked '7 star' the most

To Find : how many students liked 'Perky'  the most

Solution:

Whole circle  = 360°

300 students were asked to name their favorite chocolate bar

=> 300  students  = 360°

=> 1  student = 360/300  = 6/5 °

=> 45 Students = 45 * 6/5  = 54°

54°  3 Divisions

=> 1 Division = 54°/3 = 18°

or Directly 360°/20 = 18°  Each Division

20 Division = 300 Students

=> 1 Division = 300/20 = 15 Students

Perk has  4 Division

= 4 * 15

= 60

60 Students liked perk
