Total number of people = 60

Total number of people who read H = 25

Total number of people who read T = 26

Total number of people who read 1 = 26

Total number of people who read H and 1 = 9

Total number of people who read H and T = 11

Total number of people who read T and 1 = 8

Total number that read all 3 = 3

Find the number of people who read 1 newspaper only:

Total number of people who read H only = 25 - 9 - 11 - 3  = 2

Total number of people who read T only = 26 - 11 - 8 - 3  = 4

Total number of people who read 1 only = 26 - 9 - 8 - 3  = 6

Total number of people who read only 1 newspaper = 2 + 4 + 6 = 12

Answer: 12 people read 1 newspaper only.
