In a survey of 636 persons,239 persons read only hindi newspaper,321 read only english and the remaining read newspaper in other languages .if a person is selected at random ,find the probability that he reads newspaper in language other than Hindi or English . Answer is 19/159 pls explain the method

Total people = 636

People reading English newspaper = 321

People reading Hindi newspaper = 239

People reading other language newspaper = 636 - (321 +239)

= 636 - 560 = 76

Probability = Favorable cases / no. of cases

= people reading other language newspaper/total people

= 76/636 = 19 / 159 ( divide by 4)
