The number of children that do not have a laptop are 52.

Given,

Total number of children = 80

Percentage of students that own a laptop = 35\percentage\%

So, Percentage of students that do not own a laptop = (100-35)\%

                                                                                        = 65\%

Therefore,

Number of children that do not have a laptop = 80\times \frac{65}{100}

                                                                            = 52 .
