Hey friend...!!!

Let the number of 4s be x
So, number of 6s = 2x
Runs by running = 16
Total score = 80
So,
X + 2x + 16 = 80
3x + 16 = 80
3x = 80 - 16
3x = 64
X = 64/3
X = 21.333
So, number of 4s are 21
And,6s are 21 * 2 = 42

Hope it helps...!!!

Hey there !!

Let X Be the Number of 4

Then Number of sixes will be - 2x

According to the Question -

6 \times 2x + 4 \times x + 16 = 80 \\  \\  =  > 12x + 4x = 64 \:  \:  ....1)\\  \\  =  > 16x = 64 \\  \\  =  > x = 4
Hence He shots 4 Fours

and Number of Sixes = 2 × 4

= 8

Putting x = 4 in Equation 1). to get -

12 × 4 + 4×4 = 64

➭ 48 + 16 = 64

➭ 64 = 64

∵ LHS = RHS

Hope this would helps you !!
