During the flow of development work of a system, after the requirement analysis is made among the customer and the service provider, and suddenly in middle, there comes the need of handling the customer requirement in a very tactful manner. When the development process is already started, then in order to cope up with such situation agile model of development work should be used.

Agile model is a systematical way of development of any project, whose requirements may change frequently, and maybe the requirements are not clearly estimated.
