No. of correct answers = 25

So, marks secured = 25 × 4 = 100

Let, he did x no. of incorrect answers.

So, marks be cut = x × (-2) = -2x

Thus,

100 - 2x = 68

=> 2x = 100 - 68

=> 2x = 32

=> x = 16

So, Rohit did 16 incorrect answers and in total he attempted (25 + 16) = 41 questions.

Answer:

16

Step-by-step explanation:

25 answers were correct so, marks obtained from them would be 25×4=100.But total score is 68 so 32 marks were deducted at the rate of 2 marks per wrong answer. So,divide 32 by 2 to find the answer i.e. 16 incorrect answers.
