In a test (+5) marks are given for every correct answer and (-2) marks are given for every incorrect answer. (a) Mahek answered all the questions and scored 30 marks and get 10 correct answers. (b) Aryan also answered all the questions and scored (-12) marks though he got 4 correct answers. How many incorrect answers had they attempted?​

Given: +5 for correct answer,

                                                        -2 for incorrect answer.

                                                         0 for not attempting.

Ram gets 3 questions correct. so,

+5*3=15

Ram gets 4 incorrect. so,

-2*4=-8.

total=15+(-8)

=7marks.
