Total marks for 7 questions is 7*5 = 35
( I think only 7questions in a paper, you didn't mention in it)
for correct attempts 3*5 = 15
for wrong he loose 4*5= 20, again he loses 2 marks for every wrong 4*2 =8 which are deducted from scored marks
15-8 = 7
