In a test (+5) marks are given to every correct answer and (-2) marks given to every wrong
answer. Sonam answered all the questions and scored 100 marks. 30 of Sonam's answers were
correct. How many of the questions she attempted were incorrect? Also find the total number
of questions.

total no. of questions = 55

marks obtained on that = 30×5=150 marks

so, marks subtracted on wrong answers = 150-100=50 marks

Mark obtained on each wrong answer = -2
