Hello friend
Let the marks secured by palak be x
So according to the problem, marks secured by abha are 2x
2(2x)+3(x)=280
4x+3x=280
7x=280
x=280/7=40
Palaks marks are x=40
Abhas marks are 2x=2*40=80
