in a test , marks awarded for correct answers is 5 and marks deducted for wrong answers is two , sunita got -12 as her total marks even though she had 3 answers correct. how many answers did she get wrong

Answer: let the wrong answer be x

5×3-2x=12

15-2x=12

-2x=12-15

-2x=-3

x=1.5

sunita has done one and half answer wrong.
