Tens digit =x
Unit digit =3x
Sum of digit =2x+x+3x=18
6x=18
x=18/6
X=3
Hundreds digit =2x =2×3=6
Tens digit =x=3
Unit digit =3x=3×3=9
Number =100a+10b+c
100×6+10×3+9
=600+30+9
=639 answer
