so , 100 % - 84% = 16%.
10,000x16% = 1600.
1600 family didn't buy any newspaper.
10,000 - 1600 =8400
8400 x 40/100 = 3360
3360 family buy only A newspaper
8400-3360= 5040
5040 x 20/100 = 1008
1008 family buy only B newspaper ..
