so its like rest and motion are at the same time it's like how you train moves but when you are sitting in it you don't feel.
weather object is in rest all in motion depends upon the reference frame by which you are observing different reference frame me give different answer if you are travelling in a train and the woman is sitting near you you will see the women near us stationery but if someone is observing the women from outside the train he will see as if the woman is moving with a speed of train has the two different difference.
