Solution :

Area of trapezium = (1/2) ( sum of parallel side) * distance between parallel side

=> 140 = (1/2) * ( 10) * height

=> 140 = 5 * height

=> height = 140/5

=> height = 28 cm

Height of trapezium is 28 cm
