area of trapezium is 120m²
area of the flower bed is 38.48m²
therefore the area of rest of the rest of the garden is 81.52m²

GIVEN:-

A trapezium shaped garden with parallel side

10m , 20m and 20m height ( distance between parallel side.

And a 7m in diameter garden find inside the traperizium which is laid.

To find the area of remaining garden.

SOLUTION:-

The area of remaining garden = ( area if trapezium - area of circular flower bed)

Some formula,

area \: of \: trapezium \:  = ( \frac{1}{2}  \times sum \: of \: parallel \: side \times distance \: between \: them)

area \: of \: circle \:  = \pi {r}^{2}

So, area of given trapezium,

=

 ( \frac{1}{2}  \times sum \: of \: parallel \: side \times distance \: between \: them)

= {1/2×(10+20)×8}

={1/2×30×8}

=120m²

And area of circle,

= πr²

= (22/7)×(7/2)²

= (22/7)×(7/2)×(7/2)

= (22×7)/(4)

= 38.50

Therefore,the area of remaining garden =( area if trapezium - area of circular flower bed)

= (120 - 38.5 )

= 81.50

THANKS.
