In a trapezoid of area 175 cm², the length of two parallel sides are in ratio 3:4. If the height of trapezoid is 10cm, the length of smaller of the two parallel sides is ___________ cm.

area of trapezoid =sum of parallel side/2×height

175 =3x+4x/2×10

175×2=7x ×10

350/10=7x

35=7x

x=5
